Our clients' preferred option when it comes to working in Canada. This is a permission to work up to 20h per week during classes and full time during school vacations, as long as you are duly enrolled in a course at an accredited educational institution. The course must be at least 6 months long.

The Post Graduation Work Permit is an open work permit of up to 3 years. The permit is granted after the student has completed their program of study of at least 8 months at a public institution, or in the case of private ones has received a degree at the end. 

The Labour Market Impact Assessment program is whereby the Canadian employer, through a market survey, shows the government that it has been unable to fill a vacancy with local labour, thus needing a foreigner, by sponsoring their work visa.
